• Non-profit organization sought to create centralized data and analytics platform that allowed police departments to evaluate themselves against local and national benchmarks based on qualitative and quantitative data from their respective department and local community feedback. The goal was to help police departments measure, test, and scale community policing efforts appropriately
• Kaizen created data pipelines connecting national crime and health data with survey data from city/department leadership plus local community members. Kaizen then designed and created dashboards that provided a forum for communities to provide quantifiable feedback to their local police departments, enabling growth in community policing efforts
