Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner
Krishna Arangode is the CEO and Founder of Kaizen Analytix. Prior to founding Kaizen Analytix, Krishna developed extensive strategic and operational experience working across a number of industries in general management, supply chain, product planning, pricing, technology solution delivery and customer relationship management.
At Kaizen, Krishna is passionate about building a highly skilled, specialized and diverse team; delivering proprietary methodology and processes; helping clients realize benefits from their technology investments; and driving incremental revenues, reduced costs and improved margins.

Chief Growth Officer and Managing Partner
Jeff is Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder of Kaizen Analytix, leading Kaizen’s business development, sales, and marketing efforts across all go-to-market models. He also serves as a Client Partner for key Kaizen clients.
With over 25 years of professional services experience, Jeff has worked closely with the world’s biggest brands across a wide range of industries to help them shape, launch, deliver, measure, and continuously improve their data, analytics, and technology initiatives.
Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is Advisory Board Vice Chair of Georgia Tech’s H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner
In his role as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder, Anand Srinivasan serves as a trusted advisor to Fortune 100 companies on how best to adopt & sustain the use of analytics in business decisions. Additionally, Anand leads the New York office practice at Kaizen. With his experience in hands-on modeling, Anand brings to the table the unique ability to provide structure to a problem and break it down for the joint teams to solve them.
Prior to joining Kaizen, Anand worked with McKinsey & Company and Revenue Analytics in analytics consulting roles.

Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner
As CFO, Ken is focused on building out Kaizen’s CFO office, developing capital raising strategies, expanding sales partnerships, and guiding future expansion and growth. He also leads and grows accounts in Kaizen’s FT&A and Automotive consulting disciplines.
Ken is a successful financial executive and has served in several key financial roles throughout his career, working with both early-stage growth companies, as well as spending twelve years in corporate finance at Toyota Motor Corporation. Additionally, Ken spent four years in banking at Comerica Bank and has worked for numerous consulting companies, including PwC.
